Hello Everyone,
Could really use your help in making my school decision.
I've been admitted to Vanderbilt with a 70k scholarship and Georgetown with no scholarship. I have asked Georgetown to reconsider me for a scholarship but let's assume for now that Georgetown's cost of attendance will be 50k-70k more expensive than Vandy.
-I have 10 years of CPG experience with Nestle in Africa and looking to continue CPG in the US post-MBA but could also be open to Consulting in companies like LEK/Strategy&/etc..
-I do not need sponsorship as I am a permenant resident.
-I don't have a location preference (although I feel DC would be more open to internationals like myself and don't know enough about the South).
-Eventually, 5 to 10 years on, I would be thinking of going international in regions like Asia, Latam, and Middleast where I know Georgetown carries some more weight.
Which school do you think is better for my post-MBA plans? Is Georgetown worth the extra 50k-70k?
Would really appreciate your thoughts on this.
Thanks a lot in advance :)
