I would pick D, which is very apparent (I was even searching for this stuff before looking at the answer choices).

C comes close but may be out-of-scope. If D had not been there, I would have cosen C. Only D can be 'properly' inferred.

D it is
C is next best answer but we cannot say that those sold boats were more luxurious. They were maybe just more expensive than they used to be

I agree with Paul and Hardworker.'Luxurious' is a relative term.
You never know the price of it.
