Can be false: I meet the principal and the vice-principal whenever I visit the cafe. - does not contradict to the initial statement.
Therefore, If I meet the principal and the vice-principal, I may visit the school or the cafe (not the school)
2) If I am meeting the principal but not the vice-principal, I am not visiting the school.
Denial test: I am meeting the principal but not the vice-principal ---> I am visiting the school. --> I meet the principal and the vice-principal whenever I visit the school.
there is contradiction. Therefore, the statement must be true.

The same reasoning as for 1).

I could be meeting them out of the school. so not true.
2) If I am meeting the principal but not the vice-principal, I am not visiting the school.
If I visit the school, I meet both. If I am not meeting both, then I am not visiting the school. I am meeting the principal somewhere else out of the school. True.
3) If I am not visitng the school, I am not meeting the principal and the vice principal.
I could be meeting both somewhere else other than school. so not true.
Only B.
