I would say D
C is not as strong as D because if the whole school gets attacked, the probability of the fish to get devoured could increase propertionally vis-a-vis when there is no such attack on the school
On the other hand, if the school is visible because of it's sheer size, then the likelihood of a fish being seen will be increased because of the very fact that the fish is within the school

(A) and (D) come close. I believe (D) is better.

(A) again depends on how many fishes are there in a school and their packing density.
