From my past practice i observed that for the 700 level questions i'm able to get to the correct answer but consuming 2-3+min of time, if i choose some answer by taking less time, it going to be wrong. So need some help in coming out of this situation of - consuming more time.

I followed below process:
identify conclusion, if its weaken - i knew that i should weaken one particular point, but its getting delayed b/w options in deciding mainly in b/w 2 options.
To speed up, keep doing untimed practice involving analyzing every choice of the CR questions you see to determine what the effect of each choice is on the argument. You'll get better and better at doing that analysis and learn to do it faster and faster, with the result that you'll arrive at correct answers in less and less time.

That said, when you take the GMAT, you won't see that many super high difficulty verbal questions. So, you'll likely be able to spend over two minutes each on a few of the CR questions you see, because you'll likely spend well under the allotted 1:48 each on some other verbal questions.

Also, you might get some more insights from this post on GMAT Critical Reasoning: 8 Essential Tips.
