I was thinking of the following:
Conclusion: All students will pass the test
Answer choice: many students have taken a course which guarantees 100% to pass the test
Question is: is the answer choice strong enough to strengthen the question? Would it be a correct answer choice?

No the given answer choice still have some gaps to fill.
Lets say 100 students are giving the exam.
99 of them have taken the course which guarantees 100%success
Still 1 person can fail and so the claim ALL student will pass not stand true.

yes it does leave some gaps but it still seems to strengthen it in a way...
