I vote for A.

B and C) do not...results is wrong.
D) aren't results
E) Apparently wrong.

Can independent clause begin with for as in A? If there were comma instead of semi-colon it would have been more appropriate.

Otherwise, the closest I can go is :
D

however that
in the same way that indivisuals looks incorrect though.

first of all we are comparing two nouns here nations and individual. So, Like shoud be used.


no other choices has like but A

so A is the correct answer choice.

nabik77, isn't for a co-ordinating conjunction to join two clauses. I thought A, by using semi-colon, starts a new clause.
