It's not exactly a straight 'weaken' type of CR. The key words in the question are 'the argument gives reason to believe it's likely that'. From the facts in the question (and only those facts), we need to choose an answer choice that we can conclude is likely to be true that weakens the argument. All of the answer choices, if true, would weaken the argument, but only one can be considered 'likely' based on the information in the passage. That's C: if the patrons are there to watch celebrities, why would they leave?
