Boil it down:
• We have a problem
• We will use XYZ solution.
Conclusion: We will solve our problem with this solution.

Gap:
• Will the solution really help?
• Maybe the solution will worsen our problem

Since, the problem is related to money. Maybe our solution can lead to even more losses than not doing anything at all?
