Currently, the Big Apple Stadium, which sells food and drinks to patrons, has only expensive theater-style seating. However, most fans would rather have less expensive bench seats since they stand for most of the game to see as much as possible. Moreover, patrons in other stadiums' bench seating sections often leave their seats, because the bench seats are uncomfortable, using many of those trips to buy food or souvenirs from concession stands. Thus, if the Big Apple Stadium replaced some of its theater-style seating with bench seating, its profits would increase.
The argument is vulnerable to criticism on the grounds that it gives reason to believe that it is likely that
(A) some fans come to the Big Apple Stadium to support their teams by waving signs, and so might choose bench seating
(B) the revenue from snacks ordered by fans in bench seating compensates for any revenue lost from patrons buying tickets for less expensive seats
(C) patrons of Big Apple Stadium who would choose bench seating would be an exception to the generalization about making more trips to the concession stands
(D) a stadium's patrons who spend less time in their seats typically purchase less expensive snacks than those who spend more time sitting in their seats
(E) with enough bench seating to accommodate all the Big Apple patrons interested in such seating, there would be no view except of other patrons

Conclusion : Thus, if the Big Apple Stadium replaced some of its theater-style seating with bench seating, its profits would increase.
Here we need to find what Big Apple Stadium assumed in taking the above decision that is vulnerable to criticism.
(A) some fans come to the Big Apple Stadium to support their teams by waving signs, and so might choose bench seating >> Do not talk about profits.
(B) the revenue from snacks ordered by fans in bench seating compensates for any revenue lost from patrons buying tickets for less expensive seats >> Yes this is the assumption that is made for taking the decision. This assumption is vulnerable to criticism because in the passage, the relation between revenue through concession stands and the revenue from expensive seats is not established. (C) patrons of Big Apple Stadium who would choose bench seating would be an exception to the generalization about making more trips to the concession stands >> This would weaken the conclusion. Not a correct answer for the question. (D) a stadium's patrons who spend less time in their seats typically purchase less expensive snacks than those who spend more time sitting in their seats >> Same as above. Weakens conclusion. (E) with enough bench seating to accommodate all the Big Apple patrons interested in such seating, there would be no view except of other patrons >> Not relevant for the profits.

OA C
OE : Choice C says that patrons of the Big Apple Stadium who would choose bench seating would be an exception to the generalization about making more trips to the concession stand. The passage states that the stadium patrons, even with theater style seats, stand for most of the game. It is fair to infer that given bench style seats, which are said to be uncomfortable, they would continue to stand, which would negate the effect stated that people make more trips due to the uncomfortable seats. Choice C is correct.
