Hello all,
I just stumbled across this free widget for Windows7 (I am sure apple has its equivalent)

It is basically a countdown clock that you can stick on your desktop as an urgent but friendly reminder of your pending test date!
You can customize format and font and placement and size, etc....
It makes you feel that much more guilty for messing around Facebook or Youtube, if you know what I mean.
Anyways, it works for me, and I love it!
