Congrats on your admits!
If you are thinking working on your business, you probably do not need a big ass loan upon graduation. Nothing kills one's interest in being an entrepreneur as a big monthly bill.... that's one thought. Which is a plus for McCombs. Also if you are going to Law School, no need to carry loan baggage....
On the other hand, for tech, I feel McCombs is also a strong contender with a very strong Austin job market. Not as good as Bay Area or Seattle perhaps but still very strong and you will probably make more money due to cost of living.
What I feel Darden has going for it is consulting and case study method. Small town is not a big concern per se since you will be buried in crap most of the time and running on fumes sleeping 5 hours a day at most during the week. You will appreciate the Austin vibe on the weekends I guess and it is definitely a much bigger place and has a Nordstrom's actually

Darden also shines in IB and Finance as well as East Coast alum base if that's a consideration but based on what you have outlined, I am more inclined towards McCombs.
