Manhattan Prep's latest GMAT All the Quant + DI book has one chapter for each DI question types with very detailed explanation. Their old version IR (Integrated Reasoning) book has the same chapters as well, if you can find a used one.
Lastly, I would suggest that you practice a lot of questions to increase familiarity and speed. For DI, OG questions are gold. But since Table and Graph are old question types, non-OG questions may still offer some value for practicing purpose, in case you run out of OG questions.
