what in your view is the ans to this question:
If the digit h is the hundrenth's digit in the decimal d = 0.2h6, what is the value of d, rounded to the nearest tenth ?
1. d < 1/4
2. h < 5
Accoring to me
1 is enough information to solve but 2 is not enought.
The ans according to ETS is D, ie both are individually enough to solve the question

D to the nearest 10ths can only be either 0.2 or 0.3 If the hundredth digit is equal to 5 or more, then it will be 0.3, else it will be 0.2 So what we need to find out if h can be greater than 5.

Rounded to the tenth d=0.2
