Responsibilities
Source, define, model and negotiate appropriate deals to drive revenue, developer engagement, distribution and/or content simultaneously working with team members to build a sustainable Oculus development community
Work with Oculus engineering and product teams on partnership opportunities that Evaluate and explore strategic opportunities
Represent Oculus in meetings with executives from other companies
Requirements
Proven commercial leadership with business development experience at start-ups and large consumer Internet / technology companies
Strong technical competence
Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues
Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Oculus
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
Extensive negotiation experience, including comfort with legal aspects of negotiations
