Hi! I wanted to apply for R1 for ISB and appeared for GMAT accordingly. However I ended up scoring a 680 (Q47 V36) Could somebody please suggest whether I should apply with this score for R1 or retest and apply for R2? I know there is significant reduction in scholarship amount for R2, but at the same time I don’t want to diminish my chances at converting. Please suggest!
Similarly, I wish to apply to M7 and NUS. Could you please let me know if I should apply with this score or retest?

Your Profile is good enough. As your background doesn't include engineering, it already makes your profile strong. Your experience is also going to be 3 years at the time of joining. it's a plus. I have seen many profiles getting selected at this score for interviews. I will suggest, you should apply with this score for R1.
