You really should retake the exam. Is there a reason why you would not?
You have a great profile, but a 680 is going to create potential barriers to entry for the M7 schools. You come from a competitive demographic and the expectation is that at a minimum you cross the 700 threshold. Ideally you would clear 730, but I recognize that adding 50 points can be a tall order.
If you are applying for R2, you should have ample time to prepare adequately and retake the exam. It would be a shame to go into the application season with this potential red flag on your profile.
