4.) TMAT you were in a leadership position .
5.) Reason for studying undergraduate course.
6.) Explain your current job role
7.).examples of circumstances you handled "analytical " projects
8.) Then have 1 or 2 brilliant questions to ask at the end of the interview

The first interview is an all-round interview, your goals, why Cox, and how you intend to contribute to the community. The second interview is focused on your career. I was asked questions like a reason for my current professional trajectory, my goals including the exact companies and exact roles, alternative career routes if my goals do not work out, What other schools I applied to, why MBA, and why now.

Why SMU
Short term and long term goals (try to sneak in some internship that you are looking out for that aligns with your career goals)
Couple of behavioural questions like

My interview was with Jackie Otto. She has read my application and was aware of my story. It was a very candid conversation.
1. I mentioned I want to work at Apple, and she asked if I am open to other companies and, in general, what my Plan B was.
2. Since my post-MBA goal was to work in Product management, she asked what skills I need to become one.
3. What resource do you use for research?
4. TMAT you resolved a conflict
5. Tell me about your greatest accomplishment
6. I mentioned I like to travel a lot, and she asked which culture impacted me the most.
After every answer, she shared her perspective as well and kept the conversation flowing. She has a lot of cats, so sharing that you like cats or something might account for additional bonus points :)

My interview was with an adcom and was really friendly. It started with a formal introduction of the interviewer, followed by the below questions -
- Walk me through your resume
- Short term and long-term goals
- Why International MBA: How does working in a diverse team help, and what are the benefits of different cultures?
- Why IE?
- Which other schools have you applied to? And what's your stance on IE with respect to others?
- Financial plan overview
- TMAT: When did you face a challenge, and how did you handle it? Explain the thought process and your decision.
- What if you do not get an admit?
- Apart from the class, what do you do for fun?
- Any questions for me?
Later we had a conversation about MBAs in the age of AI and some interesting facts about IE that are not mentioned on their site.
The whole interview was about 30 minutes.

Completed my interview today. It was with a current 2nd year student. Mostly regular questions, such as
Walk me through your resume
why rice
why MBA
career goal
experience with working in diverse team
working through differences.
The only questions that were a little tough to answer is a "What is the most important factor in choosing what program to pursue, academics / career / ranking / reputation etc.", and another question "Is Rice your number one choice" which I probably messed up because I might have hesitated a little bit before answering.
