Hi! I got interviewed by 2nd year student. It lasted about 45 minutes, It was kind and conversational.
We started we a brief introduction about the objectives of the meeting, then I introduced my self both professionally and personally. We continued with fundamental questions (Why MBA?, Why now?, Why Fuqua?, Short and Long term goal). After that we started with the behavioral questions: sharing a experience of leadership, inclusion and diversity, feedback that made an impact, leading without authority, conflict within a team and how to manage it, and working with some with a different work style than mine. Them she allowed me to ask some questions and that was about it.
*I haven't received my final decision yet.

I just finished my Oxford Said interview, and I guess it went okay? We will only know this on decision day. haha
The interviewer was a practitioner with 20+ years in banking, M&A, and the PE industry, and is currently an Associate Fellow at Oxford Said. He mentioned that he read my whole application, and his questions mainly focused on my career (as of yet), post-MBA goals, and what Said can do for me. The vibe was mostly informal, but his follow-ups were super detailed and could easily throw the applicant off if they are not 100% aware of their goals and post-MBA employer and industry.
At the end, he pointed out my below-average GRE score but didn’t officially ask me to retake it. I am almost sure he insinuated retaking, but I may be over-reading into it, since test score is my real weakness.
I applied in R3 (3 November 2025) and received the interview invite on 12 November 2025.

My interview was on 10th - 2 panelists: 1 lady who was adcom, the other panelist was a Prof. Extremely warm and friendly, took me by surprise. They took genuine interests in my answers. Common questions, why MBA, why Nanyang, short term goal, learnings from leader you look up to, what other programmes you are applying to, what you bring to Nanyang. Their questions ended in about 18-20mins. The rest 8-10mins they went in deep to answer my queries.
