Just finished my interview as well - very similar to this. Had the opportunity to speak about my career experiences and my leadership style.
One question aside from all the usual ones you’d expect was “If you had the superpower to change one thing in the world what would it be?”
We ran out of time so asked him one question and wrapped it up.

My interviewer was exceptionally warm and went out of her way to create a friendly, pressure-free environment. The conversation felt natural and engaging throughout.
The questions included:
Introduce yourself
Why Ross?
Why MBA?
Behavioral questions:
A time when you had to adapt
A time when you received
feedback
A time when you navigated a
diverse environment
We wrapped up with a 10-minute Q&A, where I had the opportunity to ask her questions.

Sharing a quick brief of my interview experience. In essence it was more conversational (45 mins) with a current student and had primarily frequently asked questions:
• Classic “tell me about yourself.”
Here, I spoke about my family, my undergraduate studies, and my career background.
I created hooks around getting a team to collaborate and leading multicultural teams and that led to the following questions in between my introduction
• Why an MBA, why now
• Why Darden?
Be sure to articulate well here and also talk about what you can bring to the community in your answer
• Tell me about a challenging situation at work and how you overcame it.
Follow STAR method but instead of ending with just results, try mentioning any soft skills/results achieved and how you've carried them into some other work/project/personal life but do it in an organic way
• Can you talk more about the experience (on resolving conflict and getting a team to cooperate)?
• What do You do Outside of Work? What Community Activities do You Participate In?
• Did you encounter difficulties or problems working with people from different backgrounds? What did you learn from that experience?
• Lastly, she asked if there was anything we may have missed or anything I wanted to add.
Here, I talked about the clubs, initiatives, and activities I’m interested in and asked the questions I had for her.

Like others have mentioned, interviews are not blind, and it was honestly a great, chill experience interviewing with the Admissions Committee.
1. TMAY/ Why Tepper?
2. When have you contributed to someone else's development, or your team's goals, by influencing others without formal authority?
3. They will ask about your short term career goal, and how you are prepared to recruit for those roles if given the opportunity

Interviewer was a finance expert (my goals were around DFI) - more than 40 years of experience overall. He’s a CDC expert and not affiliated only with Oxford. Very warm and conversational interview overall.
1. Question about EC (music in my case)
2. How do you manage time between EC and FT job?
3. A couple of clarifying questions on my resume bullet points - he had worked with the Reserve Bank of India (something my resume had) and wanted me to elaborate on the engagement
4. How do you see your leadership develop over the MBA and beyond?
5. Is there anyone in your personal or professional network you look upto? Why?
6. You’ve described challenges in achieving ST goals in your written material - but what challenges do you think you’ll face while recruiting for this?
7. (Since I have a connection with my ST goals’ employer) have they given you any indication that they might want you there? Is this a pathway that people usually take?
8. What other schools have you applied to?

[My interview spans] 25 minutes long:
TMAY, Why MBA, Why Darden, Questions for interviewer. (My interviewer seemed to be in a hurry/not-interested, asked to finish answers fast. I was cut in between a couple of times to finish fast.).
Takeaway: Keep answers crisp.
I am not sure, finishing interview so fast is a good sign or a bad sign (Haha)

The setting was quite informal and friendly. The 3 basic questions of Why MBA, Why Now and Why Ross was asked first. The next question pattern was mostly picking out points from my resume or TMAT type professional questions and 2-3 follow-up questions regarding the anecdote. The interview went on for about 40-45 mins followed by the 10 minutes he gave me to ask him questions and I ended up asking him 3 questions. I was glad for it to be my first MBA interview because it was quite a positive and non-stressful experience, so much so that, I felt comfortable to speak naturally rather than spout out fixed formal answers.

Had mine yesterday. It was conversational but the pattern was surprising. The interviewer straightaway started with my CV, not even an introduce yourself qn haha. Their focus was on understanding my positions deeply and the motivations behind taking on each role, followed by some behavioural questions and lots of follow up questions based on answers. Had 15 minutes at the end for me to ask questions.

I had my interview a couple of hours ago. Questions like:
1. Why an MBA at this point of your life?
2. Examples when you had a disagreement at work.
3. If your leadership style has changed over time.
4. Mention an occasion when you got feedback and how it went?
5. Why to transition to a financial role
I'm not sure how it went. I didn't feel it was the best interview but it didn't go bad. Do you know how likely is to be rejected after the interview? Does it influences a lot in the outcome? Do you have data from past applications? Thank you all!
