The questions are pretty standard i havent found any repository for the same as the question is new this year. Two problems i faced that i recommend to focus on:
1. I faced challenge in reading the question in 10 sec, as the question was pretty long, font size small and laptop screen slightly away(to capture me well), recommend using larger screen or increasing font in browser.
2. Be concise, as the 60 sec time for answering the question will finish very fast. Practice answering some random questions in 50 sec as you will take 10 sec to read the question and another 10 sec to thinking and structure your answer.

The questions were very structured. They asked about the additional essays, why MBA, why now, and why Sloan. Other candidates mentioned that their interviews were more conversational and didn’t include the classic questions, but I was asked them. It seems to vary for each interviewee.

My interview went on for 30 minutes. It was with a second year student. It was a blind interview, he had only seen my resume before the call. No context through my essay or other transcripts. Was a little nervous when it started but it started become very conversational
1. Tell me about yourself, give me a walkthrough of your resume
2. Short and long term goals
3. Short-term alternatives
4. Why MBA + Why Questrom
5. TMAT where you had to make a decision without enough data
6. TMAT where you dealt with a failure at work and your learnings from it
7. TMAT where you had to deal with conflicts at work
8. TMAT where you had to work with diverse groups and if you had to deal with conflict
9. What societal impacts have you created? (Personal, not something they can see on your resume)

Time you worked on a team and the role you took (leader/follower/etc)
Strengths and a weakness you are working on

I did not interview with Libby but I have had several conversations with her. She is very nice and easy to talk to. You should already know the answers to these questions. The only one that tripped me up was strengths and weakness. I BS’d that.

Had my interview today, was very conversational. One interviewer was from the admissions committee and one was an alumnus.
Questions:
Please introduce yourself and help us understand the work you have done so far, your achievements
Why MBA here in Singapore, is there any specific reason, how does that fit into what you are planning to do next
You might be one of the more experienced students in the Full-time cohort. How do you envisage yourself with people who are less experienced than you? Have you considered EMBA?
Have you had a major setback in your career and what did you do with it? You have a clear goal post MBA, have you ever thought of a career in Singapore or a branch office in Singapore?
Opened up for any questions I had. Before ending the session, I was asked if I had applied to any other schools.

Hello all,
Had my interview at Mumbai in the second half today. Started with my background and asked why I wanted to switch jobs(basically why MBA) and then went on to the extempore. Topic was " Indias dependence on imported tech is a threat to national security". I think it well i made some points and the panel countered it and I agreed to their points but gave a few more of mine as well. Asked which companies I am targeting and after that we had a discussion on ecommerce vs quick commerce.
Overall it was a very conversational interview, they were not cutting me short and weren't rude or anything either.

I had my interview at Mumbai today in the 1st half.
Extempore - Reliance on foreign tech can become a national security threat.
Otherwise was very conversational. Seemed like faculty was not very interested in me since my extempore went horribly. And otherwise the interview seemed very bland.
Other peeps who I met today, I’d love to be in touch with y’all! (Missed getting anyone’s number as I couldn’t get my mind off of the bad interview)

Few R2 extempore topics :
- One nation, one election
- Self driving cars : actual or gimmick?
- Media / News Consumption : sources and biases
- Campus v/s Online MBA
- Tech giants acquiring smaller companies : abuse of power?
- India as a market for packaged food industry
- High CXO salaries : Is it justified?
- Indian : Population v/s Opportunities
PS: These are just plot points and not the exact topics asked. For some of us, the extempore chit had a 4-5 line description of the topic and it itself covered most of the general points of discussion!

Interview R2 , Delhi- extempore was on whether population control is important for prosperous future of India.
Panel was easy going, they asked me if I had lunch and if I was comfortable , mine was not at all a stress interview.
After extempore there were some follow up questions, then they asked questions about my work ex and then generic ones like why MBA, then how convinced am I that I will get my post MBA goals fulfilled and some other follow up questions. Then one panelist asked me a mathematics question about graphs, asked me to draw a graph. Lastly they asked me some static GK questions like name of my state’s finance minister, vice president etc.
Overall I have no idea what to make of it, they did not interrupt me or grilled me or built any sort of pressure, also mine was the last interview for that panel😬

Interview at Delhi R-2.
I got " Is high salary of CEOs justified considering the responsibility and accountability of their position". No interruption during the extempore by panelists, after i completed they gave their opinion on the subject.
Next phase was job profile specific, why MBA, role after MBA.
Panel was quite good and encouraging the conversation. Didn't try to make it a stress interview. Few people in other panels were grilled i believe.
Best of luck to all candidates coming up for interview.

Interview experience R2 at Delhi with panel- 1
• Reporting time was 1:30 PM. I reached at 1 PM and the process concluded by 3:20 PM
• Extempore topic: Dominance of BigTech companies ... dominance is not problematic but abuse of dominance is.
• No questions on current affairs
• Questions related to my work profile - what does a typical day look like
• Questions related to Indian Railways (profile related)
• Why MBA? Why now?
• Panelists were cordial throughout the interview. Went out of the way to assure me not to take a question in a negative sense.
