I have been working as an Investigating Officer at India's one of the premier investigating agencies (Enforcement Directorate). We are tasked to combat Money Laundering and Terror Financing Activities.
From my experience, I have seen that most of the companies in order to grow tend to ignore the regulations set up by the government and with my experience I can certainly advice on things to be taken care of so that they do not end up violating the regulations.
