8 yrs work experience w/ last 4 spent as a project manager working on large government & non-profit contracts
Vice-President of a registered mental health & housing charity
undergrad GPA ~2.4/4.3 (was closer to 3.0 in the latter half of my degree and took some 4000 level undergrad courses as a non-degree student more recently and averaged a 3.7)
Passed CFA L1 on first attempt

P.S. I have heard that Canadian schools give 50% at most for scholarship, is that more or less accurate?
