I am a chartered accountant and have worked in Deloitte in Audit & Assurance for more than 2 years now. I have experience in Investment Management industry and am looking for a shift in my profile and industry. I am 28 years old and planning to give my GMAT in August and I plan to apply to ISB in the 1st round.

Does my profile has it to get into ISB and what score should I aim for ?

You profile looks good with a healthy mix of CA background and audit experience. If you factor your CA articleship your total experience would be around 4-5 years which is quite optimum, factoring all these inputs would recommend targeting a score of 720+ to be at a competitive advantage in the application pool.
