After 4 years as a Software Engineer in USA looking to go to business school in US/UK. Computer Science bachelors and Mathematics minor from top 30 engineering school in USA. Some supplementary leadership and mentorship activities and looking to get into product management/entrepreneurship. Emphasis on working in edtech post MBA.

Hm... I think you will be somewhat disappointed. I hope not but we have had folks from Software industry rethink their choices because coming out of the MBA they would be making less money than working their MSFT jobs... but there is definitely other sides of the MBA and other values and other advantages. I hope those will pull you through.

P.S. Awesome to have a name like MSFT on the resume. That should make admissions and recruiting straightforward at least to the interview stage. Make sure you get a good enough test score but I would not kill yourself unless you are looking for $$

Hey! I have a query regarding GMAT, Do we get to choose the business school we want to apply and does gmat send marks to 5 chosen colleges for free?

At the beginning of your test, you will have a choice of five business schools where you can send your scores. There’s no cost to send five score reports to five MBA programs. It’s included with your test. However additional score reports will cost $35 each 🥴
