Great profile, don't see a lot of folks from Advertising and PR background going in for an MBA. Broadly, the profile is pretty decent from an MBA perspective - the only catch would be to highlight your leadership track record. Academics seems pretty good, the only missing piece would be the GMAT score. Would recommend focusing you efforts on getting a solid GMAT score prior to your application.
Also, Advertising tends to be very unrepresented in recruitment, so it would be wise to use the interim period to build a network within the industry that you can possibly utilize during the recruitment season.
