Given that your status shows as having already applied, it appears a tad bit late to seek profile review, but nevertheless. McCombs and Rice barely send a fifth of their class into finance (incl. IB), and their GRE average scores are higher than yours. Hence, not sure about your approach to school selection. Of course, you have the gender and home advantage, which will help you overcome these limiting factors.

Would you be able to apply with a test waiver? I think you may be able to qualify for a few schools with a high GPA, including Darden. I believe they still issue those.

In terms of chances, I think the chance is definitely there. The GRE is sub-average but if you are a strong candidate and the GRE is the only weakness, the schools would love to have you. No scholarship but does not seem you are looking for that anyway.
