Given that your status shows as having already applied, it appears a tad bit late to seek profile review, but nevertheless. McCombs and Rice barely send a fifth of their class into finance (incl. IB), and their GRE average scores are higher than yours. Hence, not sure about your approach to school selection. Like the username 👍😂 Would you be able to apply with a test waiver? I think you may be able to qualify for a few schools with a high GPA, including Darden. I believe they still issue those.
In terms of chances, I think the chance is definitely there. The GRE is sub-average but if you are a strong candidate and the GRE is the only weakness, the schools would love to have you. No scholarship but does not seem you are looking for that anyway.
