While there might be people who may suggest aiming for a score closer to 335, In my opinion your current score is above the median for most M7 schools. Thus, I would not recommend a retake even with an ORM profile. I can see that you have a solid GPA too, this will demonstrate your academic history well.

Now about your work experience particularly in MBB consulting and VC, will likely be another positive aspect in your application. You have mentioned about a retail startup clocking 10K$ in revenue soon, highlight this as a side hustle and mention your major learnings, challenges faced and how did you overcome them.
