Your strong GPA (9.09) and 3 years of technology experience provide a solid foundation, but the GMAT Focus score of 635 is a significant weakness. Retaking the GMAT with a target of 700+ would be good. To stand out, you shall focus on highlighting leadership skills, measurable impact at work, and unique experiences like cutting-edge projects or cross-functional collaboration. Clearly defined career goals within technology and involvement in extracurriculars can further strengthen the profile.
As we have very little information now, we cannot comment much on your profile. If you’d like, we are happy to discuss your leadership skills, impact created, challenges faced, awards and achievements and extracurriculars to assess your chances to top B-schools and strengthen your application with impactful stories.

P.S. Your GMAT is a big sub-average but I think your professional accomplishments should off-set that esp. if you have good brand on your resume, which sounds like you do based on the bank.
Are you targeting any other schools other than ISB?
In case that doesn't work out then, I will focus on applying next year with a minimum GMAT score of 705 and hopefully raise the seed round for my startup by then.
My target colleges would be T-15, with a minimum upwards of 50% scholarship.
