BBA undergrad with experience in Brand Management, Brand Communications and Brand Partnerships. Industries worked in FMCG (small size company), Consumer Tech and now for more than 2 years leading brand for a clean tech company in India. Current company works in the space of circular economy and waste management, B2B and B2G. So far 4 promotions in career and right now manage team of close to 10. Age around 26.

Things adcoms will probe: 3.41 GPA, lower than the median at many top programs; adcoms will want proof you can handle rigorous academics. A 325 GRE score is decent. Convert your top 6 achievements into metric-driven STAR bullets (revenue impact, partnership value, campaign ROI, brand lift, CAC/LTV improvements, budgets managed, team size/scale, time saved). These feed essays, LOR briefs, a resume, and interviews. One or two short courses with graded assessments (example: Coursera / edX analytics, marketing analytics, A/B testing, finance) to prove academic rigor and offset UG GPA. Attach certificates/transcripts.
Sharpen the “why MBA / why now” + a 3-year plan. Be explicit: short-term role (Head of Brand / Product Marketing / Growth at a mid-large tech or sustainability firm), long-term (CMO or founder scaling circular-economy platform). Map 2 school resources to each goal. If timing allows, commit to a visible project you can cite in applications: run a sustainability marketing pilot, publish a case study, or lead a measurable NGO initiative (dog NGO expansion metrics). Schools value demonstrated on-campus/community contribution potential.
