Hi Everyone,

I gave a MGMAT Test 1 month ago and today the second CAT.

In between I gave a GPREP CAT.

I scored a 580 in MGMAT Test 1 in October and below was the score split.

Question Format Total Correct Incorrect Blank % Correct Avg Time Correct Avg Time Incorrect Avg Diff Correct Avg Diff Incorrect
Problem Solving 22 10 12 0 45% 2:08 2:36 620 650
Data Sufficiency 15 9 6 0 60% 0:50 1:25 590 620
Sentence Correction 15 11 4 0 73% 0:58 1:03 570 630
Critical Reasoning 14 7 7 0 50% 2:12 2:39 620 590
Reading Comprehension 12 4 8 0 33% 2:32 1:56 540 680

Where as in today's CAT I scored a 570 in MGMAT Test 2 and below was the score split

Question Format Total Correct Incorrect Blank % Correct Avg Time Correct Avg Time Incorrect Avg Diff Correct Avg Diff Incorrect
Problem Solving 22 12 10 0 55% 1:56 2:45 640 720
Data Sufficiency 15 5 10 0 33% 1:41 1:34 670 720
Sentence Correction 15 8 7 0 53% 1:19 1:29 640 690
Critical Reasoning 14 7 7 0 50% 2:11 2:31 640 690
Reading Comprehension 12 5 7 0 42% 2:08 1:26 580 610

I am particularly interested in the difficulty range.

Does the 2nd test show improvement in difficulty levels though the overall score decreased by 10 points?

Am I going in the right direction? Just for analysis purposes, I scored a 610 on GMAT PREP Q49 and V24.

I am positive that now I am capable of handling more difficulty questions but disappointed about the overall decrease of the score.

Thanks,

P
