Hi,

I agree with the other posts, while it is about time, it eventually becomes about progress. I would say to start, allot equal time to both. As you move on, determine which particular areas in each section require more of your time. Once you figure out where your studies need to lay, do not focus on time, but just concentrate on practicing those specific areas until you have them mastered. If you can, try and use prep courses and practice tests that are both adaptive to your answers and tailor themselves towards where you need to focus your studies.
