To be entirely frank, I don't see you being a very strong candidate for these deferred MBA programs. You are going to be a stronger candidate for the MBA program via the regular admissions process.

The lack of leadership at the undergraduate level is one of the bigger concerns. These schools want to see that you are making a difference at the community level. It's going to be hard to make that up now, though you can certainly try to get more involved in certain activities and/or start an event to show you can generate results.

Additionally, your profile isn't the type of diversity that the deferred MBA programs tend to target. Between your major and nationality/ethnicity, you are in a very competitive category. The MBA programs take very few folks via the deferred process with that makeup. There's obviously nothing you can do to alter that.

That all being said, if you are motivated to apply you have nothing to lose but the time, effort, and cost to submit your candidacy. You should absolutely take the GMAT as that will be valid for 5 years. The schools will not hold it against you if you re-apply in a few years through the normal admissions process.
