How long can you defer your admittance from Rotman?

Can you defer until the next round or no?

Here is an excerpt from the Rotman's FAQ section:

Q: If I’m admitted this year, can I defer my admission to next year?
A: Yes, you can do so if there are extenuating circumstances beyond your control. You will need to supply documentation to support your request by the appropriate deadline.
