Hi,
Graduated out of top 40 undergrad few years back, 3.6 GPA, landed a job for one of top 3 video game publishers as a junior / associate level in biz dev & corporate strategy.
I eventually want to get into a top tier b-school (top 5) and want to strengthen my resume up a bit.
I have a career choice to make now between
1) Deloitte S&O group as exp hire consultant
2) A lateral move to a higher ranked game publisher for higher position in biz dev (EA, ATVI / Blizz, etc)
3) Google's product associate position
I figure I already have 2-3 years under my belt and want to be more aggresive. Gaming has been a dream job for me but the high risk, turn-overs, and poor management across the industry has been a huge turn off as well.
Looking for a gig that will give me the best shot at a top MBA program as well as a more hollistic learning experience.
Let me know your thoughts, I can elaborate if needed.

Given that you use hollistic, Google.
Depending on what you want to do after your MBA should influence it - it is about what you do, not where you do it (really, for MBA apps it is). People once again are most likely to be blinded by GOOG though.
If you leave video games, you are probably done for video games as the most value you have is current propreitary and market knowledge, plus it will signal a walk away. It really does depend on where you want to take your life.
