stmt1. [x] = 1 means that 0< x<=1
[2x] can be 2 or 1(when x = 0.1 [0.1] = 1, 2x = 0.2 [0.2] = 1)
insufficient.
stmt2. [3x] = 1 means that 0< 3x <= 1
thus 0 < 2x <= 2/3
[2x] = 1 sufficient.
Ans is B

1. 0<x<=1. if x = 1, [2x] = 2. if x is a +ve fraction less than 1, [2x] could be 1 or 2.
2. 0<x<1. if [3x] = 1, x shold be <1/3. if x is <1/3, [2x] is definitely 1.
