@CrackverbalGMAT

Does "Credited" always followed by 'with'?, and How to ensure that if any given idiom is appropriate, Like in this sentence?

Credit/Credited for <doing something>
Credit/Credited to <Someone>

is both the above mentioned idiom also correct?

CREDIT somebody WITH something (verb): give responsibility for.
Dr.Somnath is credited with Chandrayan 3 mission.

CREDIT X to Y (verb): give money or credit to.
The company credited the salary to his account.

CREDIT FOR(noun): money received for or in exchange for something
I received a 5 rs credit for scratch ticket from Google Pay.

I hope it helps.
