I was making  an account on ISB portal. I saw designation options. It says First Level Manager and Individual Contributor. 
I have two years of experience and worked as Project Lead ( team of 4/5) on 4 projects, but have role as an Analyst in the offer letter. 
So, which option should I go with ? I dont have any reportees but have good amount of experience in handling projects. 
Dont want any mistake to happen which I can't rectify in future.

Here is our opinion.

If you have managed a team, you will technically not qualify as an Individual Contributor; hence, identifying yourself as a Manager will not be an incorrect choice.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on a couple of questions:

1) As a software developer, I have not had the opportunity to manage a team. Would this mean I am classified as an Individual Contributor?
2) Does software engineering fall under the IT-enabled Services (ITeS) industry? If not, which industry should I select, considering software engineering typically falls under IT? I don’t see an IT option—should I select “Other”?
