I need help/suggestions with DI time management strategy.
Since we have 45 mins for 20 questions,
Should I keep a uniform rate for all the questions...2.25mins
or
Keep varied time for various types T&G TPA MSR DS.
I took the GMAT Club tests, and have realised that I am not able to complete the test at all. Infact, because of the time pressure, I am making more mistakes than I would have without the time constraint.
Is it a fine practice to put all the MSR in the review and come back after completing rest of the questions?
Assuming I am adding all the MSR to review and assuming that I initially select the wrong answers, how will affect the next questions? Will my scaled score drop?

I don't believe keeping a uniform time will help as some question types such as MSR are bound to take more time than others. Yes, you can keep an estimate for your own reference, but overall the time for all questions are supposed to average out to what you are suggesting. You can expect to spend the same amount of time on every question. Each question has its own demands and some questions may require more time commitment than others.
The target should be to balance it out across questions and complete the section within the stipulated time.

That is definitely something you can try and see if it improves your time management and consequently, your score.
An obvious constraint with the strategy is that since you are allowed to edit/change a maximum of only 3 respones per section, you will not be in a position to exercise this edit/change option to any question category other than MSR.
