There's a change in vendor next year starting January. Thomson Paterson will take over from ETS for the administration of the GMAT. No one knows for sure what changes will be implemented, or there's going to be any change at all, but I'm quite sure the question pool will be different from what you see in the OG since Thomson will have to create their own database of test questions.

So the advice is, do it while you're familiar with what ETS dishes out before you get hit by something you're not accustomed with.

I think the posts you see here are generally by serious guys and discussion here are of high quality. That is the reason you might see lot of probability questions being discussed here. But in general the test pattern has not changed......................Yes if you are in tough bracket bean(700+) then you might expect to see question on probability, permutation and combination. On the other hand with some one who is scoring less then 700 might not see as many probability question.
