E?
1) A => B and 2)B is true do not imply A.
In the same fashion that A => B does not imply that B => A

Answer should be E, the reason for john sunburn may be because of some other reason , hence E

Is this really a GMAT like question? I mean, I don't not like it. It's kinda fun having logic questions like this but I've never seen one in OG test question.

GMAT DS is more about logic. I agree that this question a very basic level. But people still might go wrong and select "C" instead of correct answer "E".

I'll say E, this is one of those logic questions. I suppose he could have gotten sunburned any number of ways.

I'd love to hear any feedback or ways to improve my problem solving. I make a lot of silly mistakes. If you've had luck improving on stupid mistakes, I'd love to hear how you did it.
