They did reject all the applicants who scored an 800 on the GMAT one year, so maybe that's their way of recognizing that nobody is perfect. :)

If they reject those 800s, because 800s worked against the candidates, that is pure silly. No one goes into the test with the objective of scoring 760-780 and not a 800.

lol... we all gonna end up SC geeks :p
For the 800, I just can t understand... I would be curious to know where did the guy end up... he must have a serious bleaky point in his application to make a 800 gmat not good enough for Stanford, don t you yhink?
