I made the mistake of filling up the night before and right in the middle of quant nature called. My 2nd attempt is this Saturday (8/26) and I'll be eating light and going to bed early.

I like the idea of getting a few miles in before the test. Thanks for the idea.

Do not do anything different than you usually do. If you drink 5 cups of coffee every morning, drink 5 cups on test day. If you eat nuts and berries every day, eat nuts and berries on test day. Treat it like a normal day.

The ONLY deviation would be to avoid all stress. If you know taking a call from X co-worker, spouse, child, friend... will stress you out, let it go to voice mail and answer it after the test.

OHHHH one more thing, be smart. Don't drink 9 glasses of water while you eat a 2 lb burrito before the test. Even if you would do that in a normal day!

Just my opinion...

I wanted to add one more thing.

DONT TAKE HEAVY MEAL WITHIN 1-1.5 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TEST. I mean if your test is at 11:00 AM then don't eat anything heavy, except juice etc., after 9:30 AM. There is a scientific reason behind this. After eating heavy meals all your digestive organs start working hard (contracting muscles, secreting enzymes). So blood supply to these organs is increased and blood supply to brain is decresed. Thats why you feel dizzy after heavy meals.
