Hi Guys,
My exam date is coming up on Sept 5th, 2006. It'll be my 2nd attempt after my dismal performance back in May.
I think one of the biggest mistakes I made on the 1st attempt was to study right up until the night before the exam... :S Now I know better to stop all studying 24hrs before the exam
But as for the test day, can someone recommend some suggestions on what dietary choices would best help keep my energy up and focused on test day? My exam in at 10am.
Here was what I was thinking:
- Get up around 7am and eat a regular hearty breakfast... perhaps oatmeal or cereal.. maybe even a banana
- pop some chocolates before the actual start of exam? sugar kick?
- after quant, have an energy bar ("PowerBar" or something like that). Have some gatorade.
I realized that to do well in the exam, one has to keep high level of concentration at all times so that silly mistakes are not made. So any suggestions in this regard will be very helpful.
