From my experience and what I’ve learned, the GMAT is super sensitive to more than just how many questions you get right. It’s really about how you perform on the harder questions, especially as the test adapts in real time. Even small timing issues or missing a few key questions early on can have a surprisingly big impact.
If I were in your shoes, I’d probably shift my prep a bit to focus more on consistency and pacing, like making sure I’m nailing those medium and harder-level questions when they show up. Also, maybe do a few full-length timed practice tests to build stamina, so you stay sharp all the way through. You've got the foundation, just a few tweaks might make the difference next time. You've got this!
