I have studied for 2 months and still my mock score in 470. I am not sure what has gone wrong in my study plan. I am facing a lot of problem in Verbal Section mainly. Is it possible for me to get a score above 650.

The key to scoring well on GMAT is to focusing on the right aspects. If your score doesn't improve even after months of prep, then that means that there may be something wrong with the preparation strategy.

Having said that, it would be too early to conclude anything without knowing the actual reason. To understand what could be holding you back and to suggest you the plan of action, I need a little more information about your GMAT preparation. I would like to know more about

the mock being referred by you whether official or any other.  
 your score breakup 
 the time you are able to devote to studying each day  
 the way you prepared till now (your study strategy) 
 the study plan you followed

 your approach of solving questions 
 the resources you have used

Your current mock score is shaky. You were not probably on the right track in your study plans. You can surely do better. A score of 470 on the mock test is far indeed from the target score of 650+. It is all about raising 150+ pointers. The score tells that neither the Math nor the Verbal is above average. Hence, both sections have to be taken care of simultaneously. To improve, you will require consistent learning and practice. Also, keep your motivation high to learn.

Also, make a note of various possible combinations to achieve a score of 650+. The possible scores will help you track your performance after taking the mock or practice test. Many GMATers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so if you've been studying for just 2 months, then it's likely that you have just not put in enough time and effort yet. That having been said, raising a 470 to a 650+ will involve a considerable amount of additional study - and you'll need to make significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections.

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

1) How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
