Hello everyone:
I just found this site and wish I would have heard about it a couple months ago when I started my preparation. Better late than never I guess, right?
Anyway, my dilemma is this - during my preparation, I have a more difficult time with the quantitative sections than with the verbal ones. However, when I take my practice tests, it is the exact opposite - I do better in the quantitative sections than in the verbal ones. I am totally stumped on why it's happening.
My preparation materials consist of:
1) OG 10th edition
2) 7 Manhattan GMAT study guides
3) Kaplan GMAT 2004
4) Cambridge CAT
5) PowerPrep CAT
I'm just hoping more practice will resolve this issue but if anyone has any advice, I'd be happy to hear any & all suggestions.

This might not be such a bad thing after all - perhaps your quant ability has improved with your prep efforts. Having both your Q and your V skills improved?

It's actually really strange. During my prep time, I do better in V than Q. During practice CAT exams, I do better in Q than V. I may be overcompensating for my lack of confidence in Q while forgetting to maintain my skills in V. I need to remember that one...
I plan on taking the GMAT late September. Any ideas on prep strategies for the last 2 months?
