Hi everyone,
I took the GMAT yesterday and received a 575, which was quite disappointing given the amount of preparation I put in—around 350 to 400 hours in total. I spent about 300 hours using Target Test Prep (TTP) and the rest with Ninja GMAT.
Most of my TTP prep was focused on chapter tests and custom tests. I was consistently hitting 70–75% accuracy, and around 60% when selecting only medium and hard Quant questions. That gave me a reasonable amount of confidence going into the test.
However, during the actual GMAT, I noticed that the question patterns—especially in the Quant section—felt different from what I was used to in TTP, which caught me off guard. Despite that, I felt I did pretty well on the Data Sufficiency questions and the Verbal section. I’m currently waiting for my official score report to see the full breakdown and understand where I went wrong.
I’m planning to retake the GMAT in two weeks, and I want to make the most out of this short period. I’ve already gone through all the questions in the Official GMAT Prep book, so I’m looking for:
• Resources that better reflect the actual test difficulty and question style
• Advice on how to sharpen my strategy in these final two weeks
• Clarification on whether retaking the GMAT would replace or remove my current score (or if all scores stay on record)
Any thoughts or suggestions from those who’ve been through something similar would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!

I was a bit surprised that after the amount of time you spent, you are not familiar with official question patterns. Did you take any official mock tests from mba.com? Which OG book have you gone through - only the main OG, or the Quant, Verbal and DI review books as well?

Frankly, your accuracy seems to indicate that you still have weakness in certain topical areas. I would suggest that you first identify these weak spots, and then use GMAT Club forums to practice official questions. You can use the filters to select OG questions, the topical area you want to practice, and move from easy-medium to medium-hard questions. For example, PS forum as below:
