Hello,
Today Ive taken my first GMAT. I studied by myself for about 2 months, and this site helped a lot.
I had a great qty section. even above my simulations.
A few minutes after I've started my verbal section, another test taker started typing his awa section. the keyboard noise was very
very annoying. Even when I used ear-plugs, I could still hear the annoying typing........ It really affected my performance.
In my country, I don't need a very high score, and I think I have enough (I didn't apply yet), but I really believe I could do better in the verbal section with
a decent ear-plugs or if he had a more quiet keyboard...
Is there any thing I can do? Will it help if I'll write GMAC?
Is it possible to retake only the verbal part, correcting the grade I've got?

I think if you truly believe that you can do better you should just retake the test. however, you mentioned you think your score would be enough, in that case why would you take it again. i guess we are at a fork....lol
