As long as you are around the average I don't think your gmat will hurt you.
But cheer up. How was the test? Anything that caught you off guard? Yea verbal tends to fool you. It makes you think you are doing well because all the answer choices look so nice.
You know what was surprising about the test is that I thought I was scoring horrible on Quant. 20min and 20 questions..I seriously didn't expect a 47.
I was very confident on verbal. The least I scored was a 37 so I really didn't expect a 34. The level of difficulty for Quant and Verbal was high..speed was the main issue for Quant. Verbal I really dont know what went wrong. The choices are far narrower than presented in the OG.
I looked up NYU Stern stats and the range is 610-720 for the part-time and I am bang in the middle. I think I have a strong application with my background in Sustainable Business Strategy and 5+ yrs of experience. Also, I am a Indian Female so might help. But I don't know. Disappointed and want to write the test again but I want to also focus on the essays and prove to them that with my public speaking background, essays that verbal is really not an issue.
Its just disappointing....
Thanks again so much terp. Looking forward to meeting you soon.
