If your question is about the actual GMAT exam fee, then the answer is NO.

If your question is about purchasing GMATPrep from GMAC, then the answer is YES, you could buy premium membership for only $49 and get a discount of up to 30% (~$35) for GMATPrep collection. Also, you can get more benefits if you purchase premium membership.
